EU Withdrawal Bill - Lords amendment

Lord Stephen and Baroness Jolly have tables the amendment again for the report stage of the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill.

The report stage is due to commence on Wednesday 18 April 2018. We are not sure yet when the amendment will be debated, but probably safest bet is to assume it will feature on Day 1 on 18 April. The Report Stage is likely to be our last chance to influence the legislation.
