We know things for the next wee while with COVID19 will remain uncertain, however, we also know if we stick together and stay connected, we can help each other get through this.
This wee mag alone won't solve all the problems of the world we know this, however, if there is something, even one wee thing you read, or, share with someone else, which helps them suffer less in these strange times, then for us that is worth the effort of putting it together.
We can only add what we know though so please if you want anything included getting in touch.
Please enjoy. The time is made each month to produce this as an act of kindness, we know it's not perfect, that some services may change, which is why we suggest checking with the service providers. However, we hope it offers you even one wee thing which makes you smile, or you find is helpful.
You matter. We hope this wee magazine shows there is a lot going on and offers some ideas on how to look after you. None of us needs to be alone, if you know someone may enjoy the mag, but can't access it online maybe share your version with them by telling them what you saw. Maybe also share the digital inclusion section on pages 32 and 33.
There are people who care, I care.
It is better to light a candle than curse the darkness" is often attributed as a Chinese proverb meaning better to do something about a problem than just complain about it. Further, a candle is a small answer to a large problem, but it is still a worthy step in the right direction, rather than just bemoaning the problem (of darkness)
