Our Voice Scottish Health Council

Public Involvement in the NHS in Scotland.

0.0/5 rating (0 votes)

Since COPE began in 1991 we have been led by the voices of lived experience.

We are delighted to be working with Our Voice to learn even more about how to ensure people are involved and consulted and can influence service development and design. We were happy to be asked to help develop questions for the'' Our Voice Citizens' Panel Second Survey Report – August 2017''

We also co-produced with Our Voice on the publication and dissemination of the Guide to Sanctions Booklet.

The Scottish Health Council was established by the Scottish Executive in April 2005 to promote Patient Focus and Public Involvement in the NHS in Scotland.

By ensuring that NHS Boards listen and take account of people's views, they can achieve a "mutual NHS" - where the NHS works in partnership with patients, carers and the public.
