That it’s natural to have a period of feeling lost, till we adapt to what is now our new normal. No one says letting go is easy, so it needs time and if we need support to make the transition, it’s okay to ask.

During this time, we may even feel we are trying to slip back into the patterns and routines of our life pre-covid and find, it doesn’t fit anymore. This too is normal. We all need to give ourselves time to adjust.

These wee tips offer some points for self-reflection which may be helpful. Be kind to yourself as you do matter.
