Often, we do have dreams of the things we would like to do, we may even plan dates and times when we intend to take steps towards our dreams. However, our motivation to actually take those steps can hold us back.

We find we tell ourselves how hard we are trying, and how exhausted we are by trying.

Yet, things remain the same.

This motivation workbook offers space to reflect on some of the factors which can impact our motivation and ideas for change.
