

These cards can be used alone, or with the workbooks and other materials shared on the site. The focus is around regaining or improving your self-confidence. Self-limiting beliefs can sabotage our efforts to change before we even start.
Believing in ourselves, including believing in our right to make mistakes and to learn, matters for improving our self-confidence.
To use the affirmation cards. Please take a card at random, every day, week, or when you need it. Reflect on what the message on the card says to you. Sometimes reading the message on the card aloud can also be helpful if this works for you.
To select a card, scroll down and stop at a card at random, if that card doesn't speak to you, select another.
They can be used alone, or in groups, or even at team meetings to help the team focus and also care for their wellbeing.
You can also share the cards on social media with others you want to send a positive affirmation to.
There are several pieces on the site about affirmations and self-talk, including videos and workbooks. Feel free to make a cuppa and browse the site at your leisure to find pieces that work for you.

These workbooks invite you to reflect, and if you are still working through some issues, then reflecting on your own maybe not in your best interests. Please, seek support for those issues.
The workbooks will still be there when you are in a place where you feel safe to use them.
There is a lot to the workbooks. Please take time to work through it at a pace that feels comfortable to you. If you have never used a workbook before for self-management, here are some tips you may find helpful:
The workbooks offer some ideas to consider, some space to reflect, some tips to consider, and invitations to decide what action you plan to take and when. Please don’t force it. If you find some sections are a struggle, leave it, come back another day.
