Everyone needs different amounts of sleep.

On average, suggested by NHS Inform adults need 7 to 9 hours sleep, children 9 to 13 hours and toddlers and babies 12 to 17 hours sleep.

There can be many things that impact our sleep and we may need to seek professional advice.

However, the tips on sleep offer some ideas and points of reflection which you may find helpful in getting more ZZzzzzzzzz’s as we need to maximise our energy when facing a life challenge, and feeling rested helps us face the challenges which lie before us.
