Co-designed with the voices of lived experience, this video demonstrates some ideas on relaxation techniques that use all the senses and don't rely on sound, scent or sight alone. 

As well as being of interest to people who may have a sensory loss, it may also be of interest to anyone seeking new relaxation experiences. 

This video, we feel, is a small example of how working together and sharing our perceptions can do more than we ever can alone.
