Relaxation in 3 minutes

For the next few minutes, you have decided to make time for you to relax.

Please switch off your mobile, go offline so you don't see emails arriving, close the door and ask for the next 5 minutes you are not disturbed. 

This is you time, this can also be used in work for the whole team to have a few minutes before the day starts to unwind and get focused. 

We were born knowing how to relax, somewhere along the way we sometimes forget. This video is a reminder of how to switch off for a few minutes, so you feel clearer and more focused for the rest of the day. 

Don't worry too much about deep breathing, just breath naturally, trust your body to know what you need. Make yourself comfortable for next few minutes to watch, listen and relax. 

This video has been designed to be accessible to many people as it uses images as well as audio to relax.
